Two words to describe Mount View cops. Corrupt and incompetent. I just got pulled over and handed a fine of 190 dollars. On the citation he gave me, the cop (officer Smith) didn't even check off a violation on the ticket so there is no description of what violation occurred. Also I wrote down the number on his badge. It was 03-02. Is that the only identifying number for police officers? I wonder, because on the citation he wrote down1206 as the officer number. Not sure what gives here but it smells pretty bad...
