Answered all of my questions, was able to inform me as to what their mattresses have that others lack, and encouraged me to go ahead and try out some of the mattresses at competitors' stores as he was confident they wouldn't match up to those at Sleep Nation. He was right. Came back a couple months later and he honored the original deal he offered me back in December which I really appreciated. From start to finish the process was quick and easy and I never felt pressured buy anyone at the store.
