The ABSOLUTE worst customer service.
My family purchased 3 new iphones 6 days ago. One of the iphones had a defective battery - when we tried to return the manager, who also sold us the phones, refused to do an exchange and told us we could either use our insurance to get a refurbished phone or take it to the Apple store - even though per our contract we have 14 days to return for ANY reason. Not only was he rude in store but was also rude on the phone when I attempted to point out the 14 day clause in the contract and he hung up on me on the phone.
Stay away. We have notified AT&T and their parent company since this is an authorized dealer and not a cooperate store. I sincerely hope their staff is reprimanded.
