The morning crew is very good, but tried to return a defective item I bought this afternoon, and the afternoon guy absolutely refused. I had the item, I showed the defective packaging to him, I didn't want my money back, just an exchange for a new bag of peanuts. I would leave him the old back to defect out, I was told to come back later so the morning crew could verify I had spent $3 on this item that morning. Does conoco really not have ANY system in place to handle exchanges and returns? Really?
